History

The Associated Students of the University of Oregon (ASUO) is the student government at the University of Oregon. It is run by students, for students.

The ASUO works on behalf of students at the campus, city, state, and federal level. As a result, there are many ways to let your voice be heard. Visit our get involved page to find out how you can become a part of a system that upholds the student voice.

ASUO student leaders create legislative policy, manage university-wide campaigns, coordinate the student organization recognition process, and make all funding decisions related to the allocation of the student Incidental Fee (I-Fee).
