PFC At Large (2 open positions)

Purpose To assist ASUO programs during budget process and follow TAG assignments, be responsible for reading pertinent committee documents, attend regularly scheduled meetings, and stay updated with incoming messages.
Principle Functions: Assisting ASUO programs: Attempt to contact each assigned group two times to schedule TAG meeting, meet with each assigned group a minimum of two times to ensure budget understanding; Read and understand committee documents, including: ASUO Constitution, ASUO Executive Rules (Green Tape Notebook), The University of Oregon Clark Document, Rules of the University of Oregon Student Senate, PFC By-laws, the most current budget book; Attend regularly scheduled meetings: Check e-mail and maintain communication with co-members and chair; Stay updated: Regularly check mailboxes and phone messages; Assist chair: Assume any additional responsibilities designated by the Chair.
Time Span 2009 - 2010
Position Type: Stipend
Requirements: Good communication skills, ability to work as a team member, ability to work and respond well under pressure, and currently enrolled (or admitted for Fall term) with at least half-time status.
Salary: $150/month
