ASUO Advisor
Consuela Perez-Jefferis - ASUO Advisor
The ASUO Advisor works closely with student leaders in an advisory capacity to support students in their decision-making process. The ASUO Advisor advises the ASUO's student leadership to: 1) serve as an information resource; 2) ensure compliance with all ASUO, University, OUS, state, and federal rules and regulations; 3) facilitate the development and implementation of events, campaigns, and activities; and 4) act as a liason with campus partners; 5) provide training and transtion support for ASUO student leaders.
The ASUO Advisor directly supervises three University employees including the ASUO Programs Coordinator, ASUO Accountant, and ASUO Office Coordinator. The ASUO Advisor also supervises the ASUO Intern Coordinator who is a Graduate Teaching Fellow (GTF).

The ASUO Programs Coordinator works closely with student leaders in an advisory capacity to support students in their varying needs. The ASUO Programs Coordinator advises ASUO Programs to: 1) serve as an information resource; 2) ensure compliance with all ASUO University, OUS, state, and federal rules and regulations; 3) facilitate the development and implementation of events, campaigns, and activities; and 4) provide training and transition support for ASUO student leaders.
The ASUO Programs Coordinator directly supervises the Men's Center GTF, Designated Driver Shuttle (DDS) Co-directors, and Assault Prevention Shuttle (APS) Co-directors.

The ASUO Office Coordinator coordinates the general office functions of the ASUO office suite, to
- Ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-friendly daily office operation
- Ensure compliance with all ASUO, university, OUS, State, and Federal rules and regulations.
- Serve as general-office information resource to the ASUO's leadership, staff, and programs.
Directly supervises the ASUO Student Office Assistants and Child Care Subsidy Student Staff.
ASUO Accountant

The ASUO Accountant provides accounting and payroll support to the ASUO leadership, staff, and 150+ student organizations to:
- Ensure compliance with all ASUO, University, Oregon University Systems, and State of Oregon policies and procedures
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all financial and payroll transactions.
- Serve as the financial information resource to the ASUO leadership, staff, and student organizations.
- Supervise and assist ASUO Controllers in both financial and budgetary responsibilities.

The ASUO Student Office Assistants are the face of the office, serving to create a welcoming environment for assisting students, employees and community members alike. Duties include providing receptionist support for the ASUO staff and its 180+ programs and services, answering and routing incoming calls, managing the rental directory website, distributing mail, and working on various projects.
There several Student Office Assistants who share responsibility for staffing the ASUO front desk. The positions are overseen by the ASUO Office Coordinator.
