US Bank Fund Guidelines
U.S. Bank Student Event Sponsorship Fund
Guidelines
: Events should be held on campus and be open to the
campus community
: Events must occur within 6 months of U.S. Bank sponsorship funding. Unused sponsorship funding will be returned to the U.S. Bank Student Event Sponsorship Fund.
: U.S. Bank shall be recognized in all event promotions
: Awarded funds may only be applied to the event and activity described in the proposal
: Sponsored events must not be in conflict with U.S. Bank Code of
Ethics:

: Student Groups may submit multiple proposals each term
: Funded student groups will be required to submit a written post-event evaluation and expense summary
U.S. Bank Sponsorship Funds may be used for event related expenses including:
: Facility /Equipment Rental
: Advertising Costs
: Speaker / Performer fees & travel costs
: Printing
: Postage
: Supplies
Unallowable costs include:
: Equipment Purchases
: Monetary Prizes
